Safety and Security
To protect your child, we adhere to strict safety guidelines. All regular Kidz Church volunteers have an application and background check on file. Upon check-in to your child’s assigned classroom, they will receive a nametag with a unique identification number. You will receive a Parent Receipt with your child’s name and identification number. Your child will be unable to check-out of Kidz Church until your matching Parent Receipt is presented.
When you check in, a volunteer will instruct you on how you can be reached during the service.
A safety team is present during all services.
Special Instructions
To ensure the best care for your child, it is your responsibility to inform your child’s leader of your child’s allergies, health concerns, or special needs.
Diaper Changing and Bathroom Policies
For the safety of your child and our volunteers, you will be called from the service to change your child’s diaper.
Volunteers are never permitted in a bathroom alone with children. They will assist them with clothing (as needed) from outside the door.
Wellness Policy
For the health of all our children and volunteers, please keep your child with you if they exhibit any of the following:
- Fever in the last 24 hours.
- Vomiting in the last 24 hours.
- Diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
- Cloudy or green runny nose.
- Pink eye or other eye infections.
- Persistent cough.
- Any unexplained rash.
- Any communicable disease.
- Any symptoms of common childhood diseases, such as chicken pox, strep throat, etc.
