Please attach a simple, one-page letter describing the following:
  1. Your personal faith history and assessment of your current spiritual journey.
  2. A description of why you are interested in an internship at North Way.
  3. At North Way we desire to know, experience, and follow Jesus. We want to do this together as a church body. If hired, are you willing to regularly attend North Way and actively participate in its ministry?
  4. A description of what you would like to do, including the following areas:
    1. Area of Passion & Leadership – This is something you want to “own,” you are passionate about it and want to have a high level of responsibility. It will most likely take up most of your time and its success will depend mainly on your ability to lead it.
    2. Assisting Area – In this role you want to come along somebody and learn and assist. This will not take much prep work or advanced planning. Typically, this is an area where you will help out in something that is already happening, you will not be in charge of the creation or vision.
    3. Grunt Area – In every ministry there are certain roles that are not very glamorous or challenging, they simply need done. (Areas such as administration, mailings, set up, clean up, etc.) Everyone may have at least one of these areas in their job description.
  5. We are interested in partnering with interns who wish to discern his or her call to ministry work. Please explain requisite skills and God-given abilities. Additionally, please share your relevant experience. We love a good story!
