JOB DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Associate Campus Pastor for our Beaver Valley Campus. This role provides support to the Campus Pastor in leading and overseeing the campus in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of North Way Christian Community. The Associate Campus Pastor focuses on the execution of ministry by developing discipleship environments, connecting newcomers, providing pastoral care, and developing leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
A fundamental qualification for all applicants is a growing relationship with God and a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. The Minimum Qualifications for this position include:

Licensed or ordained minister with pastoral experience in a local church setting with at least five (5) years of experience.

Experience in discipleship, small groups, or care ministry strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to shepherd and develop leaders across multiple ministry areas

Strong relational and communication skills with a servant-leader disposition

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive pastoral situations with wisdom and care

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
