JOB DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a Central Production AVL Specialist (40 hours per week). We are seeking a technically skilled and creatively driven individual with a passion for the local church and production ministry. The Central Production – AVL Specialist plays a key role on the Central Worship & Production Team, supporting all North Way campuses through equipment maintenance, system integration, design, and training. This role helps ensure consistent production standards and best practices across all environments, creating spaces that support and enhance ministry impact.
GENERAL OVERVIEW

Demonstrated experience in audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems within a live production environment

Strong working knowledge of lighting systems and design

Experience with AVL system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Ability to train and develop staff and volunteers in technical environments

Experience with project coordination, vendor interaction, and system integration preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across various locations

Willingness to travel between campuses and work weekends as needed

Ability to maintain confidential information

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
