General Overview

The facilities support team assists with keeping and maintaining the church facilities and grounds in a clean, orderly, and proper working condition while assisting with larger Facilities projects, event setups, and maintenance support as needed. Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a
discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities.

We are seeking applicants with the following:

  • Prior maintenance experience preferred

  • Detail-oriented and thorough

  • Ability to operate tools and power equipment (examples: snow removal equipment, floor waxer)

  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team

  • Ability to use a computer, radio, and mobile phone/applications

  • Possesses a good attitude and willingness to work, properly organizes and performs work assignments, and uses good work habits

  • Maintains professional and hygienic appearance

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Background clearances must be current
