JOB DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a (30hrs/wk) Production Manager for our multi-site church. This is an artistic and operational role that works as part of the Sewickley Valley Team with the objective of ensuring an environment that empowers and encourages ministry to expand God’s Kingdom. This position works with Campus Staff to lead and execute all production elements of services and special events and carries all production support responsibilities for Sewickley Valley.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities. The additional minimum qualifications for this position include:

High School diploma (or equivalent) required; College degree, additional training/certifications strongly preferred

Extensive experience integrating, maintaining, repairing, and networking AVL equipment

Experience working in a church production environment preferred

Proven experience in building, leading, and enabling teams in a church environment

Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Apple-based platforms

Proven ability to stay calm and bring peace to others during stressful and/or demanding situations

Experience with Shure, Allen Heath D-live, Dante, Vista lighting, Ableton, Pro-Presenter

Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills

Background checks must be current
