Conceal or Confess
It’s difficult to be vulnerable. Sometimes we feel so shameful of what we have done in the past that we keep it concealed. The voice of shame makes us feel unworthy and insignificant. We want to hide our sins and end up just tolerating them. How do we resist the devil if truth isn’t in us? If we aren’t truthful with ourselves and our sins, we become easily tempted. The more we try to hide our sin, the worse it gets. This is what the devil wants. If we are vulnerable and bring our sin into the light, all of this goes away. Confession helps us see the truth.Speaker: Pastor Dave D’Angelo
