Women Encouraging Women
Discover what it's like to be encouraged by a woman a season or two ahead of you, or the joy of supporting a younger friend. We are a community of spiritual mothers and daughters and sisters who gather with the goal of knowing, experiencing, and following Jesus. The primary way we do this is through small groups, but we also host occasional large gatherings and events throughout the year.

THe Well
Where women gather.
The Well is a gathering for North Way women from all of our campus locations. We also welcome anyone who is not from North Way to join us.
Each event is designed for women of all ages to come together and experience the presence of God. Â These gatherings are designed to provide a space for you to become refreshed, connected, inspired and known in such a way that is only possible in the presence of God and community.
At each gathering you can expect anointed worship, a presentation of God’s word, a time of active ministry and prayer, and a time of fellowship.
