INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a part-time Ministry Hub Summer Intern (10 hours/week) for our multi-site church. This position provides support for the East Liberty Ministry Hub. This individual will relationally execute the day-to-day support of the East Liberty Ministry Hub while taking a primary focus on helping lead and develop our 4th/5th grade experience, including Kids GiG. The intern will assist in leading and supporting the volunteer team, contribute creative programming ideas, and help create engaging environments where kids can know, experience, and follow Jesus.
This role will also provide administrative support to ensure weekly ministry environments run smoothly. We are looking for someone with a growing personal relationship with Jesus, a passion for investing in kids, strong relational skills, and a desire to learn and grow in ministry leadership while serving as part of a collaborative team.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Attendance at local college, seminary, or similar higher education institution preferred

Prior experience in Kids Ministry preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office-based products
