GENERAL OVERVIEW
A fundamental qualification for all applicants is a growing relationship with God and a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. The Minimum Qualifications for this candidate pool include:

Ordained or licensed minister with a minimum of five (5) years of ministry experience

Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing a local church, campus, or ministry team

Multi-site or church planting experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred

Strong leadership and team development skills

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
