Baptism is an outward symbol of an inner commitment to following Jesus Christ as both Lord and Savior. A ceremony modeled for us by Christ, baptism is designed to be a public expression of the Gospel that continually reminds the church of God’s work in the lives of His people. For those that have given their lives to Christ, baptism is an act of obedience and an opportunity to stand before their community and publicly proclaim that through Christ, the old has gone and the new has come.
We believe the act of water baptism is an important step in every believer’s spiritual journey.
