JOB DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Campus Pastor for our City Campus. This position provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, team development, and campus oversight while helping create an environment where people can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and experience life transformation through Him.
The Campus Pastor will regularly engage in pastoral care, leadership development, teaching, and organizational oversight and must be capable of navigating complex relational and ministry dynamics with integrity, wisdom, confidentiality, and accountability. Success in this role requires someone who can effectively shepherd people, lead staff and volunteers, communicate vision clearly, and help align campus ministry with the broader mission and values of North Way.
How you’ll make an impact:

Pastor the City campus

Develop and drive the campus outreach strategy

Identify community needs and mobilize the campus to serve

Leadership and development of campus staff and volunteers

Manage campus budget

Reproduce the DNA of North Way at the local campus level

Weekend readiness

Serve as Host for weekend services

Drive campus presence and strategy

QUALIFICATIONS
The Minimum Qualifications for this position include:

Ordained pastor with a minimum of five (5) years of ministry experience; multi-site ministry experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree in related field preferred

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
-
Background clearances must be up to date
