JOB DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time (40hr/wk) Kids Ministry Director for our Dormont campus. The Kids Ministry Director is organized and exemplifies strong relational qualities with students, kids, parents, and volunteers to help people connect to North Way and develop as disciples of Christ. At the Dormont campus, this position will lead, organize, and execute all aspects of Kids Ministry.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities.
The minimum qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years equivalent experience

2+ years experience working with those with disabilities and/or special education training

Experience in Kids Ministry or similar/related field preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
-
Must be CPR/First Aid Certified

Background clearances must be current
