JOB DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Production Manager for our Wexford Campus. The Wexford Production Manager position is an artistic and operational role in which the Production Manager operates as part of the central production staff but carries a focus and responsibility for the Wexford Campus. The Production Manager leads and executes production elements for Weekend Services, Family Ministry environments, and special events. In collaboration with campus staff and central production leadership, this individual helps create distraction-free, engaging environments that advance the mission of North Way Christian Community.
This position also works with Campus Staff to lead and execute all production elements of services and special events, acts as a liaison and representative for assigned campus(es), and carries production support responsibilities for North Way as a whole.
QUALIFICATIONS
A fundamental qualification for all applicants is a growing relationship with God and a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. The Minimum Qualifications for this position include:

High School diploma required; College degree, additional training/certifications strongly preferred

Extensive experience integrating, maintaining, repairing, and networking AVL equipment

Experience working in a church production environment

Proven experience in building, leading and enabling teams in a church environment

Proficient with Windows and Mac-based platforms

Proven ability to stay calm and bring peace to others during stressful and/or demanding situations

Experience with Shure, Allen Heath Dlive, Dante, Vista lighting, Ableton, Pro-Presenter

Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
